Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a markup language and a derivative of Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML). It is an open standard documented in the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) XML 1.0 Specification, published in 1998. It has a simple syntax that can be easily read by users and programs, defining characters, tags, elements, attributes and declarations. It was principally designed for documents, and has multilingual support through Unicode. Implementations include XHTML, JSP, SVG, RSS, SOAP, Microsoft Office (Office Open XML format) and the IBM Db2 database family.
A corporate website for a large energy company uniting several institutions and legal entities all over the country, built for the launch of an electronic archive covering the work of 1,500 employees. Single-window developed for correspondence to the State Business Support Fund, redirecting citizen's questions to the revenue service, banks and security bodies and managing response times.
Passengers are presented with a schedule of bus routes. Tickets are paid for via SMS, electronic wallet or bank card. Passengers choose a route and a place of arrival, buy and print out their ticket for collection before boarding. The route is selected using Dijkstra's shortest path algorithm in a directed graph with weighted arcs. Calculations are immediately sent to a company control system.
E-Prisons is an online version of a shop, a chemist's and a library for the penal system. Relatives put together a package on the website and pay for it. The goods and products are bought in the institution's shop and delivered to the inmate. The disadvantage is that the list of products is limited by the shop's selection. The advantage is that it eliminates the need to visit a shop in person and stand in a queue, and the goods don't need to pass checks.

A project for a mobile content provider: sending information via the networks of the major mobile operators; SMPP router for sharing the cost of hotline connections between several services: a centre for notifying factory workers via SMS; production of images, melodies, ringtones, logos, and mobile games; website design for selling content.
Managing a lorry fleet for an open-pit coal mine: tracking the location and movement of vehicles at one-minute intervals; speed controls; detection of vehicle misuse; calculation of fuel use; visualisation of vehicle locations on a map; planning of variable routes. An agency application for a mobile and pocket computer. GPS is used to determine the geolocation.
