A collection of programs and tools written in C# and designed for creating intranet portals, building forms, and carrying out document management functions. It was first launched by Microsoft in 2000 as Office Server Extensions in the Microsoft Office package, with the arrival of SharePoint Portal Server 2001 the following year. There are numerous editions: SharePoint Server comes in Standard and Enterprise versions as well as the free Foundation. A proprietary software, it runs on Windows Server, while Android and iOS apps can be used to check libraries, open documents and share files.
The systems oversee a wide range of tasks: staff working time is tracked, electronic reports are filled in and sent out, requests for buying plane tickets or requesting office cleaners are drawn up, tasks are delegated to employees, logistic tasks are solved, various notifications are sent out, and departments are able to interact with one another.

Single-window developed for correspondence to the State Business Support Fund, redirecting citizen's questions to the revenue service, banks and security bodies and managing response times.
