The .NET framework was developed by Microsoft in 2002 on C# and is distributed under the MIT License. The framework uses Common Language Runtime (CLR) as its virtual machine component, making it compatible with all programming languages, and uses the Framework Class Library (FCL) as its standard library, which includes ADO.NET, Windows Forms, and ASP.NET. .NET is supported by several development environments: MonoDevelop, SharpDevelop, JetBrains Rider, Microsoft Visual Studio, Zonnon, A#, PascalABC.NET, and Embarcadero RAD Studio.

Image recognition SDK using neural networks. A module that can be embedded in any software. Neural network machine learning and macro language algorithms implemented for neuron configuration. We have carried out several projects for road vehicle and rail license plate recognition, as well as barcode and facial recognition.
A corporate website for a large energy company uniting several institutions and legal entities all over the country, built for the launch of an electronic archive covering the work of 1,500 employees. Single-window developed for correspondence to the State Business Support Fund, redirecting citizen's questions to the revenue service, banks and security bodies and managing response times.
Teaching physics, chemistry and biology without practical application has little value. Theoretical knowledge alone won't turn a person into a highly qualified specialist. The application models the laws of nature on the computer in the form of lab tests and experiments, with a metalanguage created to explain them. Educational institutions save money on materials and equipment.
Passengers are presented with a schedule of bus routes. Tickets are paid for via SMS, electronic wallet or bank card. Passengers choose a route and a place of arrival, buy and print out their ticket for collection before boarding. The route is selected using Dijkstra's shortest path algorithm in a directed graph with weighted arcs. Calculations are immediately sent to a company control system.
Modelling and managing road traffic. Evaluation of density on traffic lanes at a given time by streaming video from a camera. Using historical data and an expert system traffic light delays are calculated to provide maximum crossing capacity and reduce gridlock. An algorithm for image recognition on the basis of neural networks is deployed.
E-Prisons is an online version of a shop, a chemist's and a library for the penal system. Relatives put together a package on the website and pay for it. The goods and products are bought in the institution's shop and delivered to the inmate. The disadvantage is that the list of products is limited by the shop's selection. The advantage is that it eliminates the need to visit a shop in person and stand in a queue, and the goods don't need to pass checks.
A catalogue of Japanese cars for auction: a mock-up, a multi-browser layout, a migration of the site managing system to Bitrix. A data collector from the supplier sites (parser) was added to a telematics catalogue. Prices, photos, product specifications, and stock levels are automatically updated in the price list where available.

Export and import of energy models, data, calculation results, automatic calculation and update of circuits, opening of additional copies of tables for comparison and serial calculations, quick view, information editing, and script subsystem with a choice of macrolanguages. A library for quick circuit display in WPF.
A project for a mobile content provider: sending information via the networks of the major mobile operators; SMPP router for sharing the cost of hotline connections between several services: a centre for notifying factory workers via SMS; production of images, melodies, ringtones, logos, and mobile games; website design for selling content.
