Cross-platform web server and web application server, taking its name from the Web Server Gateway Interface (WSGI), the first plugin supported by the project. It was initially designed to run Python applications using the WSGI protocol, and later added support for Ruby, Perl and Lua. uWSGI can work with the Cherokee and Nginx web servers and the Apache HTTP Server, and can also act as a standalone web server. The package includes the Core, request plugins, gateways, the Emperor, and loop engines. The uWSGI server uses uwsgi as its native protocol.
A videoconference server cluster for simultaneous communication between members of different groups. Load balancing code measures the use of processors and either adds or removes workers via cloud hosting API. An image rasterisation cluster lessens the load on the root database server, creates many images simultaneously and gives the final result to the network via API.
