Cross-platform graphics library for the .NET Framework. It was first developed in 2010 as a Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) plotting component, designed for simplicity and performance. The core library is portable, making it easy to recycle plotting code across multiple platforms. It is focused on two-dimensional coordinates, which is where it gets its name, the ‘xy’ in Oxy referring to the two axes. Data can be exported as PNG, PDF and SVG. There are implementations for many platforms and environments including Windows Forms, Xamarin.Android and WPF. Distributed under the MIT License.

Used in power engineering for data analysis connected with the safety relay system's release mechanism with corresponding diagnostics and detection of the causes of short circuits. The program supports printouts of oscillograms, vector graphs, frequency charts and alarm prediction diagrams.
