Open-source development environment written mostly in the Java language. It was developed by the Eclipse Project – a nonprofit created by IBM – and released in 2001. It is used chiefly for developing Java applications, though its extensible system of plugins supports many other languages including Python, C, C++ and Ruby. It is cross-platform, running on Windows, Solaris, macOS and Linux, and is available in 44 languages. Applications based on Eclipse include the Vuze BitTorrent client and the Eclipse Trader stock trading platform. Distributed under the Eclipse Public License.
Centralised management system (CMS) secured premises via IP cameras. Images are displayed on a screen simultaneously and in real time. A part of the display is used for settings, camera management and playback of recordings. Suspicious events (break-in attempts, doors being left open for longer than a specified period of time) are marked and operators are notified.
