Mobile billing service launched by CDRator A/S, which was founded in Denmark in 2002 in order to launch the service, and as of 2015 has been owned by global communications company Enghouse Systems. Operating in Eastern Europe, North America and Africa, the platform serves mobile network operators (MNOs), mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), mobile virtual network enablers (MVNEs) and mobile virtual network aggregators (MVNAs), data service providers, converged MVNOs, fixed lines, VoIP, WiMAX and triple play. The build has a modular architecture and scalable configuration.
MTX Connect is a virtual mobile network operator providing Internet access across Europe using the infrastructure of other mobile operators. It has its own staff and independent billing and client support. Mobile applications have been created for managing SIM cards, service subscriptions, and balances, as well as viewing payment history and volumes of traffic used.
