A .NET search engine framework written in C#, designed to work with the popular Apache Lucene library. It uses inverted indexing: instead of associating pages with keywords, keywords are associated with pages as in a glossary. The index is built using an analyzer and a directory, and various terms can be used as part of the query string syntax. The three main functions of the framework are to support a line-by-line port from Java to C#, maintain the performance requirements of the search engine library, and use an idiomatic API to adapt to the environment of the .NET runtime.
Database updated daily with information sourced directly from property owners, other online platforms or local Excel files. After being added or updated, real estate entries are moderated before appearing on the site. User profiles and accounts have been created for interaction between agents and the office. Property can be searched by type, size, and category of offer: sale, lease, rent or exchange.
